摘　　要：正常情况下腹内压仅略高于大气压。但腹内压轻微升高就会对脏器功能造成不良影响。腹内压增高可见于ICU内的多种疾病。腹内压增高并发脏器功能障碍时称为腹腔间隔综合征,病死率很高。密切观察患者的腹内压变化才能发现该综合征,惟一可行的治疗方法是剖腹减压。对高度危险的患者开腹减压可能对预防该综合征有效。Normally, the pressure within the abdominal cavity is a little higher than atmospheric pressure, Even if a little increase in the abdominal pressure will cause severe damage to the function of major organs.The symptom can be found with many diseases in intensive care unit. It is defined as the abdominal compartment syndrome when the hypertension within the abdominal cavity lead to disfunetian of major organs, This syndrome has a high mortality,The syndrome can be detected by observing the change in the abdominal pressure closely, Deeompressive laparotomy is the only effective treatment and prevention to this syndrome.
