摘　　要：通过对有关文献的回顾分析,讨论单纯采用七氟烷等吸入麻醉药物、丙泊酚等静脉麻醉药物,或者吸入、静脉麻醉药物复合芬太尼类阿片药,而不用肌肉松弛药行气管插管的可行性、临床效果及其对血流动力学的影响。Through the retrospective analysis of the published articles, we will discuss the feasibility , clinical effect and contribution to hacmodynamics of endotraeheal intubation not using muscle relaxant, but using the drugs alone or combination such as inhalation anesthetic（ sevoflurane）, intravenous anesthetic （propofol） and fentanyl which can be used beth inhalation and intravenous.
