摘　　要：夜光纤维是一种新型功能性纺织材料,是利用稀土材料作为发光体,经过特种纺丝工艺制成的,该纤维只要吸收任何可见光10min,便能将光能储蓄在纤维中,在黑暗状态下持续发光10h以上,且可无限次循环使用。用该纤维开发的经编产品风格独特新颖别致,极具市场潜力。文章主要介绍了用夜光纤维开发经编新产品的设计思想、生产工艺和产品效应。Luminescent fiber is a newly developed functional textile fiber. A special spinning process is introduced for producing such fiber by using rare-earth material as the illuminant. The fiber has light-storing function. After absorbing any visible light for 10 minutes, it keeps luminous in darkness for 10 hours and it can be repeatedly recharged with light for unlimited times. The warp-knitted products based on such fiber have unique characteristics and great market potential. The article introduces the ideas for designing such products, related production process and the properties of products.
