摘 要:为推广冷轧带肋钢筋在水泥混凝土路面中的应用,对配有不同配筋率的冷轧带肋钢筋混凝土简支标准梁进行了等幅疲劳荷载试验研究,针对不同的疲劳破坏形式,分析其产生的原因,提出了界限配筋率的概念,并推导了折断破坏与弯拉破坏之间和弯拉破坏与剪压破坏之间的界限配筋率。提出了考虑不同配筋率影响的、可供配筋混凝土路面设计参考的疲劳方程。通过研究发现:受弯构件适当配置冷轧带肋钢筋不仅具有良好的抗裂性能和延性,而且其疲劳寿命也有显著提高。In order to popularize the using of cold-rolled deformed steel bar in concrete pavement,experiment of simply supported concrete standard beams loaded by equal amplitude fatigue loading was studied. Aimed at different fatigue failure types of beams, failure causes were analysed. A concept of critical reinforcement ratio was offered, and limit reinforced ratios between broken and bending-tensile failure and between bending-tensile and shear compression failure were derived. The fatigue equation for design of reinforced concrete pavement was suggested. The beams of concrete reinforced by adequate cold rolled deformed steel bar had well resisting-crack ability and ductility, and their fatigue lives enhanced eminently. A fatigue equation that affection of different reinforcement ratio had been considered was offered.
