摘 要:目的:研究黄芪注射液对小鼠中枢、神经(神经—肌接头)和肌兴奋性及疲劳性的影响,并观察酶学的改变。方法:将小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和黄芪组,记录腓肠肌收缩曲线,测定小鼠运动中枢、坐骨神经和腓肠肌的阈强度、最适强度以及中枢、神经—肌接头和腓肠肌出现疲劳的时间,并检测腓肠肌ATP酶的活性。结果:同模型组比较,黄芪组测定的神经和肌的阈强度、最适强度都明显增大;黄芪组的中枢、神经—肌接头和肌出现疲劳的时间明显延长;黄芪组Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-Mg2+ATP酶活性均降低。差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:黄芪注射液具有降低神经和肌兴奋性以及延缓小鼠中枢、神经—肌接头和肌疲劳的作用,保护性的抑制骨骼肌ATP酶活性可能是黄芪抗疲劳的机制之一。Objective: To study the effect of Astragali injection on the excitement and fatigue of the center,nerve(nerve-muscle junction) and muscle of mice and observe the changes of enzymology.Methods: The mice were divided into a blank group,a model group and a test group at random sample.The curves of gastronomies contraction were recorded to observe the threshold intensity and the most appropriate intensity of the center,sciatic nerve and gastronomies and fatigue time of the center,nerve-muscle junction and ganstrocnmius,an d to determine the activity of ATPase of ganstrocnmius.Results: The comparison of the same model groups showed clearly the threshold intensity and the most appropriate intensity of the nerve and muscle of the astragili group increased clearly,the fatigue time of the center,nerve-muscle junction of the astragili group extended clearly.The activity of Na^+-K^+ ATPase and Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+) ATPase decreased.The difference showed significance P<0.01.Conclusion: Astragili injection has an effect of decreasing the excitement of the nerve and muscle and of relaxing the fatigue of the center,nerve-muscle junction.
