三氯化铝催化剂制备2,2’-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯酚)

摘　　要：以2,4-二叔丁基苯酚和甲醛为原料,乳液缩合法合成2,2′-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯酚)(MB46)。分别考察了催化剂、表面活性剂和水的用量及反应时间对反应的影响,实验结果表明在2,4-二叔丁基苯酚10.3 g、甲醛2.5 mL的合成条件下,最佳条件为:三氯化铝催化剂0.95 g;十二烷基硫酸钠0.2 g;水的用量为48 mL;反应时间为8 h。The method of emulsion condensation is used to synthesize 2,2＇ - methylene bis （4,6 -di - t - butylphenol） （ short for MB46）. The effect of all factors on the reaction including the amount of catalysts、surface - active agents, the use level of water and the reaction time are discussed in the article. The results indicate that the optimal use level of catalyst of AlCl3 is 0.95 g, the optimal amount Lanryl sodium sulfate （C12H25OSO3Na） is 0.2g, the optimal use level of water is selected as 48 ml by means of the experiment, the optimal reaction time is 8 h under the reaction condition of using 2,4 - bitert - butyl phenol 10.3 g and formaldehyde 2.5 mL.
