六西格玛方法在病区护理质量管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的 六西格玛管理方法被引进病区护理质量管理的主要目的是提升护理质量，找出缺陷，提出改进方法，确立工作重点。追求“零缺陷”。方法 采用六西格玛管理方法将我科2003年1月-2005年3月护理质量检查结果进行比较分析。结果 用六西格玛水平值衡量护理10项指标，部分指标在2—4西格玛水平范围，与标准值相差2—4个级别，反映出护理水平的差距。结论 六西格玛管理方法在病区护理管理工作中应用。将更好地发挥出护理人员在临床工作中的潜能，追求护理质量的优质性。提高病人的满意度。Objectives The purpose of application of 6 - sigma standards was to promote the quality of medical service,find out the deficiency,propose improvement measures,identify the focus of nursing works and achieve ＂ zero nursing defect＂. Method The data of nursing quality evaluation from Jan, 2003 to Mar, 2005 were analyzed with 6 - sigma standards. Result Ten nursing index were evaluated with 6 - sigma standards,and the result showed that certain index fluctuated between 2 to 4 level,which were lower 2 -4 level than the standard value. The result showed that there was certain difference in the quality of nursing. Conclusion The application of 6 - sigma standards in nursing quality management could make full use of nurses＇ competency and potentiality, improve the quality of nursing and increase patients＇ satisfaction.
