科技进步对黑龙江省农业产值增长贡献率的测算和分析

摘　　要：利用索洛的增长速度测算模型对黑龙江省10年来的农业科技进步贡献率进行了计算和分析。从计算结果看,黑龙江省农业科技含量较全国整体状况偏低,说明在农业中对科学技术的利用不够充分,致使在很高的生产要素投入下,总产值增长缓慢甚至有下降趋势。This text use calculates models about the growth rate of Solow to calculate and analyze the scientific and technological progress increases contribution rate to the agricultural output value of Heilongjiang Province in the past ten years. According to the result of caculating, the scientific and technological content of the agriculture of Heilongjiang Province is lower than the national integral level, which shows that we didn＇t make so good use of sciense and technology in the agriculture, that the gross output value rise slow even drops but the input of the factor of production is very great. At this point, we have carried on simple analysis and discussed.
