摘　　要：文章综述了花粉管通道法进行遗传转化的发展历程及其在单子叶作物上的应用,对其在遗传转化中所涉及的机理进行了探讨,同时简要介绍了转化的操作步骤及存在的技术问题,并对其应用前景进行了展望。The development of pollen tube pathway method and the successful examples via the method in some monocotyledon are described, the mechanism in the process of genetic transformation is discussed, and the procedure and the technique in the gefietic transformation are simply introduced, and the prospects of this method are imaged.
