摘　　要：战略性贸易政策是新贸易理论针对新的国际贸易形势所提出的贸易政策,建立在寡头垄断的市场结构和规模收益递增的基础上,通过一国政府为主导,来调整寡头企业间战略关系。战略性贸易政策采用了博弈论的分析方法,以获取垄断租金和正的外部经济为目标,更注重提高一国产业在国际贸易中的竞争优势。我国应当采取战略性贸易政策提高新兴产业的竞争力。Strategic trade policy came into being from new trade theory which pays attention to the new phenomenon of international trade,and it is a trade policy to condition and alter a strategic relationship between oligopolies based on imperfect competition and increasing returns to scale,under the authority of a government.Game theory is the analytical method of the strategic trade policy.Strategic trade policy aims at getting monopoly rent and positive external economy in order to enhance the industrial competitiveness.On the basis of this analysis,the paper suggests that we should put strategic trade policy in practice in(today's) China.
