摘  要:阿维拉霉素(avilamycin)是一种新型消化促进剂,能够明显的促进鸡和猪的生长,提高饲料的利用率。但是,在发酵生产研究中发现菌丝结团是影响阿维拉霉素生产的主要问题之一。文章主要研究了碳源、氮源、金属离子及接种量对阿维拉霉素生产菌丝结团的影响。试验研究表明,菌团的形成会降低阿维拉霉素的产量,阿维拉霉素的产量与菌体生物量成正相关,与菌丝团的大小成负相关。容易被菌体利用的碳源,有利于菌丝生长,不利于菌丝体结团;容易利用的氮源和不容易利用的氮源复合不利于菌丝体结团。同时研究发现,适量钙、镁及铁离子促进菌体生长、抑制菌丝结团;过量的钙、镁、铁离子抑制菌体生长,促进菌体结团;适量的锰、钴离子有利于阿维拉霉素产生,但对菌体生长没有明显的影响,且过量的锰、钴离子抑制菌体生长,促进了菌丝团的形成,不利于阿维拉霉素的生产。Avilamycin is primarily used for growth promotion. The problem of mycelium clustering is the key problem in the submerged fermentation by the streptomycin. The effect of carbon source, nitrogen source, metal ion and inoculation in the process of avilamycin by streptomycin viridocbromogen (SV-1) was the key research. The results indicated the positive correlation between the avilamycin production and the biomass of the mycelium, and the negative correlation between the avilamycin production and the size of the pellet. The streptomycin viridocbromogen (SV-1) grew rapidly in the easily used carbon source, and the mycelium clustering was controlled in the easily used carbon source, the mixture nitrogen source, and the suited concentration of Ca^2+, Mg^2+, Fe^2+. The production of avilamycin was increased by the suited concentration of Mn^2+, Co^2+, but the biomass of the mycelium was not altered. Furthermore, the streptomycin viridocbromogen (SV-1) growth was restrained by the excessive concentration of Mn^2+, Co^2+.
