新时期我国干群矛盾问题的分析与思考

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国的社会生活已经和正在发生着巨大变化,主要表现在社会结构的变化和利益格局的调整,由此必然引发许多新的人民内部矛盾,特别是干部和群众的矛盾———它是人民内部矛盾的主要矛盾;干群矛盾制约着人民内部其他矛盾的解决,是国家政治生活的主题。干群矛盾广泛地存在于社会的各个方面,并在新的历史时期呈现出许多新的变化、新的特点。我们要正确分析干群矛盾这个主题,不断予以解决,推动社会主义现代化事业的发展,推动建设和谐社会的进程。Since reform and opening-up, enormous change has taken place in the social life of our country. The change in the social structure and adjustment of the interests pattern mainly,must cause a lot of contradictions among the people, especially cadres and masses＇ contradiction. Cadres and masses＇ contradiction is the principal contradictions of the contradictions among the people. Cadres and masses＇ contradiction is restricting the settlement of the contradictions among the people again. Cadres and masses＇ contradiction is the theme of the national political life. It widely exists on all respects of the society and demonstrate a lot of new changes, new characteristics in new historical time. We will catch and deal with this theme of cadres and masses＇ contradiction correctly and tightly, through solving the contradictions of cadre and the masses constantly, promote the development of socialist modernization program, promote the process of the harmonious society.
