摘　　要：结合我国文献工作的实践 ,就软件保护的法定范围、必备条件、软件著作权人的权利、著作权的归属与保护期、软件的登记。To enhance the legal protection for softwares is one of the key issues which we should pay great attention to. This article, from the experience of practice of documentation and information service, expounds briefly the statutory extent of protection for softwares, the requisitions, the right of copyright owners, the possession and protective periods of copyright, the registration of softwares, the injuries to the copyright of softwares and legal liabilities and other legal issues in China.
