摘　　要：目的了解α1-抗糜蛋白酶基因exonⅢPro229→Ala突变在广东籍儿童中发生的情况。方法用PCR-RFLP方法检测100例广东籍正常儿童和52例支气管哮喘患儿α1-抗糜蛋白酶基因exonⅢPro229→Ala突变情况。结果所有样本均未检出α1-抗糜蛋白酶基因exonⅢPro229→Ala突变。结论从目前调查的例数,广东籍支气管哮喘患儿中尚未发现α1-抗糜蛋白酶基因exonⅢPro229→Ala突变。Objective To detect the mutation of α1-antichymotrypsin exonⅢPro229→Ala gene in healthy children and children with asthma from Guangdong. Methods The mutation of α1-antichymotrypsin exonⅢ Pro229→Ala was analyzed by PCR-RFLP in 100 healthy children and 52 children with asthma. Results No α1-antichymotrpsin gene exonⅢ Pro229→Ala mutation was found in all samples. Conclusion It showed that the mutation of α1-antichymotrypsin gene exonⅢ Pro229→Ala was not found in children from Guangdong.
