摘　　要：自动答疑是ICAI系统的一个重要组成部分.文章分析了答疑系统的现状,针对其不足,给出一个基于Agent技术的自动答疑系统模型及其技术路线.Automatic answering plays an important part in ICAI. This paper analyses the current situation and deficiencies of the answering system. It also elaborates on the technological course of the agent - based automatic answering system model.
