摘 要:在NaOH碱性条件下利用循环伏安法于不锈钢表面上制备了聚邻苯二胺薄膜,并对其在不锈钢表面上的电化学行为进行了研究.结果表明。该膜呈棕色,且表面均匀,与基底附着力强;在3%NaCl溶液中的极化曲线表明聚邻苯二胺薄膜在一定程度上能有效提高不锈钢表面的耐蚀性能;在碱性介质中制备的聚邻苯二胺膜显示出一定的电活性,且随着NaOH浓度的提高,其电活性也有一定的提高.Most study on conducting polymers films was concentrated on their synthesization and performance in acid solutions recently, however there are a few reports refer to their performance in neutral or alkaline medium. In this article, the poly(o- phenylendiamine) films were successfully synthesized on stainless steel by electrochemical cyclic voltammetry in NaOH alkaline solution;and electrochemical study of poly(o- phenylendiamine) films on stainless steel was also carried out here. The films show good adherent to stainless steel, their corrosion protection performance in an aqueous solution of 3 % NaCI was investigated by potentiodynamic polarization technique, the polarization curves show that the films can increase the anti - corrosion ability of stainless steel effectively. At the same time, the experiment indicates that the poly(o - phenylendiamine) films we got through the NaOH alkaline solution show certain electrical activity, and which becoms higher with the increasing of NaOH concentration.
