摘　　要：研制的冷轧钢板用气相防锈塑料薄膜是由乙烯类树脂与气相缓蚀剂共熔而成，具有透明、柔韧、密封及高度防水、防潮和长效防锈性能，耐油、耐热老化、耐高温高湿性能，并具有高强度，包装简便等特点，其防锈性优于武钢冷轧厂现用气相防锈纸和国内外同类气相防锈薄膜．A kind of vapor corrosion inhibitor film （VCIF） for cold roll steel was made by polyethyene（PE） and inhibitors through congruent melting method. The VCIF had good performances of transparency, flexibility, waterproof, and damp proof. In addition the film had good resistance to oil and heating- ageing as well as good stability in high temperature and high humid atmospheres. The film had features of high strength and easy packing, its long term anti - rust behavior is superior to that of the anti - rust paper being used recently in WISCO as well as that of the relevant imported products but with lower cost.
