摘　　要：本文简要介绍了社区林业的概念和含义,探讨了社区林业发生、采用自下而上决策方法和充分尊重林地、林木权属的起因,讨论了社区林业的主体、对森林资源减少的认识等相关问题。The article briefly introduced the concept and meaning of community forestry, roughly discussed the reasons why community forestry come out, why the method from bottom to top for decision making be used, why the forest and land tenure need be respected, and briefly discussed the related questions on community forestry such as the main body, the understanding about forest resource reduction, etc.
