摘　　要：新时期高校学生工作的新特点给我们提出新的问题和更高的要求,在刚性管理的基础上实施柔性管理,可以弥补刚性管理的不足。The new questions and higher requirement were brought forward by the new characteristics of college students, management in new time. Flexible management can be put in practice basing on the inflexible management and make up for it.
