教师业务档案收集工作的重要性

摘　　要：教师业务档案的收集工作是加强教学质量,提高教师业务水平的重要环节.本文从教师业务档案在为教师职称评审、为领导决策提供依据和为教师、社会提供学术信息而阐述了其地位、作用.同时,指出要做好教师业务档案的收集工作,必须加强制度建设、加强对兼职档案人员进行业务指导、充分利用电子计算机处理并反馈档案信息、严把教师业务档案质量关.This paper will give us a presentation of the use and status of the teachers＇ service files, in the aspect of providing the basis of teacher title apprasisal and the leadership decisionmaking , as well as provide the academic information for the teachers and society. In the meantime, the paper makes a point that, in order to achieve the goal of the collection work of the teachers＇ service files, it is necessary to strengthen the system construction and carry on the service instruction to the files part- time workers, make good. use of computers to deal with and feedback the files information, to guarantee the quality of teachers＇ files.
