甘草三参合剂对缺血再灌注损伤大鼠心肌细胞NOS和NO的影响

摘  要:目的探讨甘草三参合剂抗心律失常的作用机制。方法采用心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型,连续给药7d后,测定体表ECG,取心肌组织匀浆测定NOS,取心房血测定NO。结果:甘草三参合剂能提高总NOS和cNOS活性,降低iNOS话性,使血浆NO的含量提高,与空白对照组和模型组比较有非常显著差异或显著差异(P<0.01,P<0.05),与阳性对照组心律平比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:甘草三参合剂可能通过调节心肌细胞NOS活性和NO含量,影响细胞内的代谢活动,稳定心律。Objective:To study the function mechanism of preventing arrhythmia by Gancaosanshen mixture. Methods: Using test- samples with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury from treating the rats with propafenone for 7 days, detected the electrocardiogram (ECG) , the myocardial Nitric Oxide Synthase (NOS), and Nitric Oxide in atrial blood. Results: Gancaosanshen mixture can improve the activity of NOS and cNOS while decrease the actirity of iNOS, comparing with normal and control group, the change is significant (P〈0. 01, P〈0. 05), and not obvious with propafenone group(P 〉0. 05). Conclusion: Gancaosanshen mixtrue can prevent the cardiac arrhythmia. The function mechanism, much possibly, is the medicine can influence the metabolism of cells by adjusting the activity of myocardial Nitric Oxide Synthase(NOS) and the rate of NO.
