“足球之乡”城市足球后备人才培养的现状与对策

摘　　要：通过问卷调查及专访形式,对中国“足球之乡”城市各级各类学校的足球后备人才、教练员队伍、青少儿业余足球竞赛体制现状等进行分析,提出了强化“体教结合”实行“三合一”的办学模式共建足球后备人才培养基地,训练体制向多层次、多形式的社会化发展,多渠道培养足球后备人才的思路.The author analyses the present situation of the reserve talented football players, the coaches and the amateur football match system for juveniles in all levels and all kinds of schools in the Home Town of China through questionnaire investigation and special interviews, and puts forward a multiehanned concept of the nurturing the reserve talented football players, which includes strengthening the combination of the Physical Culture Bureau and the Education Bureau, carrying out the mode for running a school by the cooperation among the schools, the Physical Culture Bureau and the Education Bureau to construct a reserve talented football player base together, spurring the training system a multilevel, multiform and multichannel socialized development.
