二尖瓣瓣中央型人工瓣置入术6例报告

摘　　要：对６例重度二尖瓣关闭不全患者采用二尖瓣瓣中心人工瓣膜置入术进行了报道，术中保留前后瓣叶及其瓣下结构。全组术后无死亡。５例患者经２８～６３月（平均４３．７月）随访，均已恢复正常生活及工作。Six cases of severe mitral incompetence with heart function NYHA 3～4(5/6) were treated with Intravalvular implantation of mitral valve prostheses.The whole mitral valve and its papillary muscles and chordae were preserved.There was no mortality in these cases.Heart function in five cases who were followed up to an average of 43 7 months returned to normal.The effect and surgical technique of this procedure are discussed in the paper.
