摘 要:首次研究了纳米莫来石在工业水处理阻垢剂上的应用,通过实验分别从水溶液中钙离子浓度随温度的变化规律、Ca2+浓度变化对阻垢性能的影响、阻垢剂主体莫来石加入量的影响、分散剂的加入对阻垢性能的影响、不同吸附材料的阻垢性能以及不同吸附材料加分散剂的阻垢性能等六个方面全面考察纳米莫来石的阻垢性能,实验结果表明纳米莫来石和其它助剂配合使用在水处理上具有更好的阻垢效果。In this paper, the application of nanometer-grade mullite powder as scale inhibitor for water treatment was first studied; the properties were well discussed on the basis of the following 6 aspects: the curve for Ca^2+ concentration with the temperature, the effect of different Ca:* concentration, the effect of the amount of nanometer-grade mullite power added, the effect of nanometer-grade mullite powder by adding the dispersant, the effect of different sorbing materials and the effect of different sorbing materials by adding dispersant agent. The results showed that nanometer-grade mullite powder had better properties of scale inhibitor for water treatment when other dispersant were added by certain ratio(mass ratio 1.2:7 ).
