摘　　要：文章以军人保障卡系统试点项目为背景,详细描述了Java卡开发过程中Applet的设计、生成、下载和安装方法,同时对Java卡PC/SC接口编程与系统的实际使用情况也作了简要介绍。Based on the development of PLA man support card system,the paper first describes the methods in detail of designing,generation,loading,and installation of the Applets used in the development of Java card.Then,it introduces the programming interfaces of Java card PC/SC specification.In the end,the PLA man support card system＇s running practice is given.
