摘　　要：构建社会主义和谐社会的战略决策是我们党对新世纪、新阶段我国经济、社会发展的新要求和我国出现的新趋势、新特点的科学判断和理性抉择。和谐社会的宗旨在于以人为本,目的是促进人与社会、自然、人自身的和谐共处,减少社会发展中因人为的因素所付出的代价,促进人的全面发展和社会进步。在中国传统哲学—儒学和马克思主义哲学中都有许多关于和谐的思想,虽然分析和谐思想的出发点和角度不一样,但是这些哲学思想是我们建设以人为本、和谐社会的理论基础,对建设社会主义和谐社会具有重要指导意义。The strategy decision constructing socialismharmonious society is the science judgments and the reasonable choices which our party made to the economy society development of our country and the new trend and the new characteristics appearing in our country during the new century and the new stagy. Harmony society is a human oriented society , ~ in which harmony exists between human and nature, human himself, the costs of social development are reduced to the minimum, and the full development of human and social progress are promoted. There is much thought about harmony in Chinese traditional philosophy-Confucianism and Marxism philosophy. The point of departure and the angle which they analyse are different, but these philosophy thoughts are theoretical basis that we set up the human oriented harmonious society.They have the important guiding significance for our constructing socialism harmonious society.
