摘　　要：金融调控日益成为我国宏观经济调控的总开关,如何将其纳入法治化的轨道成为迫切需要解决的问题。本文拟从金融宏观调控法的概念及其理论依据;性质;原则和目标;主体、手段、程序和法律保障等五个方面对其进行分析,以利于更加充分的实现金融宏观调控的功能,维护和促进社会经济协调、稳定和发展。increasingly, Finance how to regulate bring it becomes into the the tofle switch of our country,s macro orbit of rule by law becomes a it needing -economy regulate problem for resolve urgently, this text draws up concept and its theories;property; principle and target;the corpus,means, procedure and law guarantee five aspects of etc from the financial macro-regulate laws,as to it＇s carry on the analysis.
