摘　　要：日据时期,为配合日本政府的南进东南亚的战略,台湾总督府展开了对南洋华侨的全面调查活动。随着日本南进战略的确立和实施,其调查活动呈现出四个阶段性特征。总督府调查报告提出的政策建议,对日本政府制定对南洋华侨政策产生了深刻影响。During the Japanese occupation, Taiwan government began a comprehensive investigation on the overseas Chinese in Southeast Asia for the coordination of Japanese south - forward strategy. With the establishment and carry out of this strategy, the investigation presented features of four phases, with some suggestions that had a profound effect on Japanese policy making on overseas Chinese in Southeast Asia.
