养心通脉膏外敷治疗胸痹（冠心病心绞痛）的临床研究

摘　　要：养心通脉膏外敷治疗胸痹（冠心病、心绞痛）心血瘀阻证，其改善胸痹症状的总有效率为９４％，显效率４３％；心电图总有效率６５％，显效率２２．３％；对照组胸痹症状总有效率８０％，显效率２６．７％；心电图总有效率４９％，显效率１１．３％。两组疗效比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。External application of Yangxin Tong Mai Gao was employed for chest bi - syndrome(angina pectoris) with stagnation of heart - blood. For symptomatic relief, the total effective rate is94.00% and markedly effective rate is 43. 00% and for the improvement of ECG, the total effective rate is65 .00% and the markedly effective rate is 22.30% . In the control group,the total effective rate is 80.00%and the markedly effective rate is 26.70% for symptomatic relief, and 49. 00% and 11 . 30% respectively forthe improvement of ECG. There is a significant difference between two groups.
