摘　　要：轧辊数控车床是针对大型零件进行切削,其在切削的过程中会发生颤振,导致加工精度不能保证,严重情况下,会产生崩刃现象。本文旨在利用MasterCAM后置处理模块,探索采用自动编程原理,对MasterCAM进行二次开发来解决加工过程中发生的颤振问题。The lathe for CNC roller is a kind of equipment for large parts. In the course of slicing the shiver vibration resulting in bad accuracy will happen. Even it maybe results in tool broken. The aim of article make use of Post processor to resolve the shiver vibration problem by utilizing the second time development of Mastercam.
