摘 要:目的:研究伍氏百叶散(WSBYS)对小鼠移植性肿瘤的生长和免疫功能的影响。方法:以小鼠内瘤S_(180)和小鼠肝癌H_(22)为移植性肿瘤模型,测试WSBYS对肿瘤生长的影响;采用腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬试验、2,4-二硝基氟苯诱发的迟发性过敏反应(DTH)及淋巴细胞转化实验检测WSBYS对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果:WSBYS 9,18,36 g生药.kg^(-1)剂量组对S_(180)的抑瘤率分别为41.30%,51.16%和62.51%,对H_(22)的抑瘤率分别为34.16%,40.17%和47.63%;WSBYS能拮抗荷瘤所致的免疫抑制,明显提高荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数,增强DTH,促进淋巴细胞转化反应。结论:WSBYS能明显抑制小鼠移植性肿瘤的生长,其抗肿瘤作用可能与其增强荷瘤机体细胞免疫的功能有关。Objective:To investigate the effects of powders of Wu Shi BaiYe (WSBYS) for the tumor growth and immune function in mice implanted tumor. Methods:The mice modules of implanted sarcoma 180 (S180) and hepatoma 22 (H22) were built up. The mice were then treated with WSBYS. The effect of WSBYS on immune function of the mice was investigated using phagocytosis test,the delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) response and the T lymphocytes proliferation test. Results:The WSBYS (9, 18 and 36 g·kg^-1) showed an inhibition rate of 41.30% , 51. 16% and 62.51% for S180 tumor and 34.16% , and the T lymphocytes proliferation in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion:WSBYS significantly acts as an immunoenhancement agent to block the tumor growth of mice.
