摘  要:根据北京市98户居民住宅室内发热量的问卷调查数据,采用统计分析的方法,研究现有住宅的室内发热状况,并分析住户建筑面积、建筑户型、家庭人员数、家庭结构、收入等级等各个因素与住宅室内发热状况之间的相互关系。研究结果表明住户家庭人员数和收入等级是影响住宅室内发热状况的关键因素,而住宅室内发热量主要在250W~450W的范围内变化。A survey has been carried out in 98 households in Beijing. The survey included occupants' presence at home and their energy related behaviors as weU as the socio-economic characteristics such as income level, family composition and size, dwelling composition and size. The internal heat gain patterns in residential buildings, with the emphasis on the effects of characteristics on internal heat gain patterns were presented. Results showed that the heat gains relating to human metabolisms account for most of the total internal heat gains in residential buildings. As for the effects of the socio-economic characteristics, it is concluded that family size and income level are the major determinants relating to the internal heat gain patterns in residences. Accordingly, both by family size groups and by income level groups, average indexes of internal heat gains are obtained, varying between 230W and 450W.
