摘　　要：应用A、B、S血管铸型，扫描电镜观察方法，我们详细研究了成人拇指指度真皮网状层血管球的形态学特点，6种形态血管球分别为：圆柱型血管球、椭圆型血管球、球型血管球、菜花型血管球、三角型血管球及不规则型血管球。我们详细观察了成人甲床的微血管立体构筑，发现了两层重叠的血管网排列。详细研究了拇指血管树的全貌，讨论了这些微血管构筑的形成原因及其临床意义。The authors studied the morphological character-istics of pollical abdominal dermo - reticular layerglomera of adult, using ABS vascular cast form andscanning ejectron microscope. The six forms of glom-era are respectively cylindrical, elliptical, globular,cauliflower-like, trianguIar and irregular.The authors observed the three-dimensional ar-chitecture of the microvessels in nail matrix of aduttand found that there are two overlapped layers of vas-cular net. The detailed architecture of pollicat vascu-lar tree were studied. The causes of the formation ofmicrovascular architecture and its clinical significancewere discussed.
