烧伤后并发丙型肝炎的临床分析

摘　　要：本文报道通过测定烧伤患者血清抗─HCV，发现8例烧伤后并发丙型肝炎。它们均不同数量的应用过血液及血液制品，其谷丙转氨酶均升高，且易出现波动。烧伤休克、感染、手术及低蛋白血症是导致烧伤并发丙型肝炎的诱因。因此，烧伤并发丙型肝炎的防治，应以预防为主，合理应用血液及血液制品，并注意保肝及积极排除诱因。8 cases of burn were confirmed to be complicatedby hepatitis C, by examination of serum anti-HCV.The patients had received blood infusion or bloodproduct. Their blood GPT level was high and fluctuat-ed greatly. The authors found that factors which in-duced hepatitis included burn shock, infections, oper-ation and hypoproteinemia. Prevention measuresshould be adopted to protect the liver and attentionshould be paid to the quality and rational use of bloodand blood products.
