摘  要:研究了大黄醇提物(R)对糖尿病(DM)大鼠肾组织非酶促糖基化(糖基化)的影响。结果表明,R能减轻DM大鼠肾脏肥大,使肾重/体重值明显下降,降低DM大鼠血肌酐(Scr)和尿素氮(BUN)水平,使DM大鼠血糖、果糖胺(FS)和糖化珠蛋白(GGb)含量明显下降。R处理后能明显减少DM大鼠肾皮质5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)释放量和肾小球系膜区硝基四氮唑蓝(NBT)染色强度。这些结果提示,大黄对糖尿病肾脏组织糖基化产物的形成有抑制作用。The effect of Rheum officinale alcohol extract(R)on nonenzymatic glycosylation of renal tissue in streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic rats was studied.The results showed that R treatment decreased the renal hypertrophy and kidney weight/body weight ratio in diabetic rats.The levels of serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),blood glucose,serum fructosamine(FS)and glycosylated globin(GGb)were significantly lowered in R-treated diabetic rats.After administration of R 5-hydroxymethyl furfural(5-HMF) release from renal cortex and intensity of nitroblue tetrazolium(NBT)staining of glomerular mesangial areas in diabetic animals were markedly reduced.These findings suggested that R had an inhibitory role in formation of glycosylated products in diabetic kidney.
