胰岛细胞抗体检测方法研究

摘　　要：为排除ＩＣＡ检测的干扰因素，对胰腺组织切片与待测血清均作一定的预处理。结果显示：经预处理的胰腺冰冻切片胰岛结构清晰，ＡＢＣ法检测ＩＣＡ的阳性率高于ＩＦ法，ＩＤＷ交换血清的ＩＣＡ检测结果与参考结果比较，其结果的正确性、一致性、敏感性及特异性分别为８１％、６３％、７５％及８８％。提示：经预处理的胰腺冰冻切片及ＡＢＣ法是一种稳定的ＩＣＡ检测方法。To exclude the interfering factors in islet cell antibodies(ICA) determination some pretreatments on both pancreatic sections and serum samples were made. The results revealed that the islet structures of pretreated pancreatic frozen section appeared clearly. The positive rate of ICA by ABC enzyme-labelled method was higher than that by indirect immunofluorescence method. Comparing the ICA results of exchange sera provided by Immunology and Diabetes Workshop with the reference results,the validity、consistency、sensitivity and specificity was 81%、63%、75%and 88%, respectively. These results suggest that ABC method with the pretreated pancreatic frozen section is a stable method of ICA determination.
