人参皂甙对阻塞性黄疸大鼠的免疫调节作用

摘　　要：通过对阻塞性黄疸大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞IL-1、脾脏淋巴细胞IL－2生成能力测定，同时观察人参皂甙对阻塞性黄疸大鼠其它免疫功能的影响。结果发现结扎大鼠胆管后腹腔巨噬细胞IL－1及脾脏淋巴细胞IL－2生成能力均明显下降。应用人参皂甙治疗结扎胆管的大鼠，可明显改善其腹腔巨噬细胞IL－1及脾脏淋巴细胞IL-2的生成能力。提示人参皂甙可改善阻塞性黄疸大鼠的免疫功能。The determinations of abilities of formation of celiac macrophage IL-1 and spleen Lymphocytes IL-2 of the rats ill with obstructive jaundice were made and in the mean time,the effects of panaxoside on other immunologic functions of the rats ill with obstructive jaundice were observed. The results showed that abilities of formation of celiac macrophage IL-1 and spleen lymphocytes IL-2 of the rats ill with obstructive jaundice whose biliary ducts had been ligatured obviously decreased. Using panaxoside to treat the rats whose biliary ducts had been ligatured,the abilities of formation of celiac macrophage IL-1 and spleen lymphocytes IL-2 were obviously improved. The results suggest that panaxoside may improve the immunologic functions of the rats. ill with obstructive jaundice.
