摘  要:以珠江钢铁电弧炉CSP流程高效化的实践为基础,提出了电弧炉流程高效化最终要体现在流程的协同效应,包括时间效率、品种、流程组元间的有效衔接、协调和生产精确性等方面,实现形式是“要以理顺整个生产流程为主要手段,实现降低成本、提高生产效率等多目标优化”,实现原则是“连铸机为拉力源,电弧炉为推力源”,指出电弧炉流程高效化也是企业的价值源。同时介绍了珠江钢铁近年来在电弧炉CSP流程高效化方面的具体实践成果,展望了中国电弧炉CSP流程的发展方向。Based on recent practice of reaching high efficiency in EAF(electric arc furnace) CSP(compact strip pro duction) route at Zhusteel, it is put forward that high efficiency of EAF route should be focused on the coordination, including time efficiency, varieties, effective connection and coordination of units, and accuracy in production. The multi aim optimization for cost reduction and productivity increment is realized by coordination of whole production process. The principle is pushing by caster, pulling by EAF. It is also pointed that high efficiency of EAF route is the value source for enterprise. And the recent achievement on high efficiency of EAF CSP at Zhusteel is introduced, the development trend of EAF-CSP in China is predicted.
