摘　　要：目的:探讨保留齿线悬吊术治疗环状混合痔的临床应用价值。方法:72例环状混合痔病人连续进入观察。随机分为两组:保留齿线悬吊术组(即治疗组36例)和外剥内扎法组(即对照组36例)。根据治愈率、治愈时间及安全性方面的结果作评价。结果:保留齿线悬吊术组治愈率(88.89%)与对照组(83.33%)相比无显著性差异。治愈时间(18.42±4.67)dVS(22.11±6.01)d,两组有显著性差异;通过测定肛管直肠压力,显示两组手术均较安全。结论:保留齿线悬吊术治疗环状混合痔与外剥内扎术相比,明显缩短术后伤口愈合时间。Objective To assess the value of the dentate line preserving suspend ligation in the surgical management of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids Methods 72 patients were operated initially for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids at Longhua Hospital, Shanghai. They were prospectively randomized into two group treated respectively by the dentate line preserving suspend ligation of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids group（SL group ）and those treated with the approach of stripping off the varicose masses of the external hemorrhoids and ligating the intemal（ control group）. The evaluation was made by cure rate, healing time of the wound, safety etc. Results Cure rates were 88.89% （32/36） in SL group and 83.33 % （30/36）in the controls（ P 〉 0.05）. Healing time of the operative wound was （18.42 ± 4. 674） days in SL group and（22.11 ± 6.008）in the controls（ P 〈 0.01）. Evaluating the aspects of safety,we can find that postoperative ARP was （ 16.91 ± 3.13） kpa in the SL group and （ 14.67 ± 3.79） kpa in the controls （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Compared with the routine approach in the treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids, the surgical management Dentate Line Preserving Suspend Ligation shortened the healing time of the operative wound.
