西部旅游开发中的生态环境法制建设的思考

摘　　要：西部地区旅游资源丰富多彩,极尽特色。西部地区的旅游开发对西部的经济文化发展产生巨大作用,但是旅游生态环境不容乐观,因此,采取一系列有效的法律措施,加强生态环境保护,是实现西部旅游业可持续发展的基本保证。Tourism in western district contains a number of rich resource and special spots. The tourism development in western district will cause a great effect on its economy, culture and development, but it is not optimistic about tourism ecosystem. Therefore, adopting a series of effective law action and enforcing protection on ecosystem are basic guarantee for fulfilling the stable development of the western tourism.
