益肝降脂方治疗痰瘀互结型非酒精性脂肪肝64例

摘　　要：目的探讨中药益肝降脂方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法64例脂肪肝病例口服益肝降脂方水煎剂,疗程6个月,观察肝脏B超、血脂、肝功能及体重、腰围变化。结果临床治愈18例,显效23例,有效16例,总有效率89.06%,治疗后血脂、体重明显下降(P<0.01)。结论提示益肝降脂方对非酒精性脂肪肝有良好疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yigan Jiangzhi Decoction （YJ） in treating fatty liver＇. Methods 64 patients received YJ for 6 months. And B ultrasonic examination, blood lipids, liver function, body mass, waistline were examined. Results Among 64 cases, 18 cases were cured, 23 cases obtained marked effectiveness, 16 cases improved and 7 cases tailed, with total effective rate of 89.06%, blood lipids and body mass significantly decreased after treatment （P〈0.01）. Conclusion YJ is obviously effective in treating fatty liver with favorable safety. And it is effective for weight loss and the quite effective for hypedinedemia.
