六味地黄颗粒协同辅舒酮吸入对哮喘大鼠气道炎症的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的:研究滋阴补肾代表方六味地黄颗粒协同辅舒酮吸入对大鼠哮喘模型过敏性气道炎症的作用。方法:W istar大鼠随机分成6组,除正常动物对照组外,其余各组均以卵蛋白(OVA)辅以氢氧化铝为佐剂注射致敏,2周后雾化吸入卵蛋白激发哮喘,建立哮喘模型。从实验第8天开始,给药组辅舒酮喷雾给药,六味地黄颗粒灌胃给药,正常组和模型组灌服生理盐水。正常组用生理盐水替代卵蛋白进行注射和吸入。结果:六味地黄颗粒加不同剂量辅舒酮组大鼠肺泡灌洗液中嗜酸性粒细胞均比哮喘模型对照组低,其差异均具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。肺支气管病理切片表明六味地黄颗粒协同不同剂量辅舒酮雾化吸入均可减轻特异性的致敏原所诱发的炎症和组织损伤。结论:六味地黄颗粒协同辅舒酮吸入具有减轻哮喘气道慢性炎症的作用。Objective ： To observe the effect of nourishing yin and invigorating the kidney plus aerosolized Fluticasone Propionate （FP） inhalation on the airway inflammation of rat model of asthma. Methods. Wistar rats were randomly assigned to six groups. Except the normal control group, all the other 5 groups were sensitized by injection into the abdominal cavity of the ovalbumin（OVA） together with aluminum hydroxide as adjuvants, 2 weeks later followed by aerosolized OVA challenge to prepare the asthma model. From the 8 day of the experiment, some rats were sprayed with Flixotide to prepare the FP group, and some were perfused into the stomach with Liuweidihuang granulas to prepare another group. And the normal control group and the asthma model group were perfused with normal saline. Results： the eosinophilic granalocyte in BALF in the groups given Liuweidihuang granulas and different dosages of FP was lower than that in the asthma model group, with gready different significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The pathological section of lung and bronchus indicated the treat given Liuweidihuang granulas and different dosages of FP may lessen the inflammation and tissue damage which induced by specific sensitinogen. Conclusion：Liuweidihuang granulas plus FP may inhibit airway inflammation in rats with asthma.
