姜辛夏冲剂对哮喘大鼠气道炎症的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨姜辛夏冲剂对哮喘大鼠模型气道炎症的影响。方法:复制卵蛋白致敏哮喘模型。实验动物分正常对照组、哮喘模型组、姜辛夏冲剂大小剂量组、桂龙组、必可酮组,共6组。第一次诱喘后开始给药,共治疗14天。观察实验过程中各组大鼠的一般情况;计数大鼠BALF中炎性细胞的数量及所占百分比。结果:各治疗组大鼠的一般情况明显优于模型组;模型组大鼠BALF中有大量炎性细胞浸润,以嗜酸性粒细胞为主,而姜辛夏冲剂治疗组的炎性细胞数显著降低(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:姜辛夏冲剂能够抑制炎性细胞的浸润,具有减轻哮喘气道炎症的作用。Objective ：To discuss the effects of Jiangxinxia powder on airway inflammation on the asthmatic rats. Methods： The model rats of asthma induced by intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin were divided into asthma model group, Jiangxinxia powder big and small group, Guilong group, Becotide group randomly. At the same time, normal control group designed. Amounts to six groups. To give medicines after first time tempts asthma,treated for 14 days altogether,observed the ordinary situation of the rats of every group in the experiment course and count the inflammation germ cell quantity and accounted for the percentage in the rats bronehoalveolar lavage fluid （BALF）. Results ： Each treatment group rats＇ ordinary situation obviously surpass the asthma model group; There are a large number of inflammation germ cell to infiltrated in asthma model group rats by eosinophil （Eos） primarily. Alter Jiangxinxia powder treated group＇ s inflammation germ cell number reduced obviously （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Jiangxinxia powder could treat asthma airway inflammation by reducing the inflammation germ cell infiltrated.
