摘　　要：通过IDEF0(ICAM Definition)建模方法,分析评价了中药制造企业现有业务流程,基于并行工程的思想,提出了集成并行的业务过程模型,并用于指导某企业的经营和运行.The main business processes of a traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing enterprise have been analyzed as represented by a business process model （As-Is） in IDEF0 format. Applying Concurrent Engineering （CE） principles, an integrated and concurrent business process model （To-Be） has been developed which is used to provide guidance in improving this enterprise operations. Also as the first step towards enterprise information integration and business process reengineering, the proposed business process model provides a context for data modeling, data management and system integration.
