摘　　要：指出了传统Malmquist指数所存在的两个局限并对其进行了修正.修正后的Malmquist指数不仅考虑以非径向的定向技术距离函数取代径向的投入/产出距离函数,而且考虑了规模收益,从而使得Malmquist指数测量更准确,同时还测度了影响生产力进步的两个因素:技术进步和技术效率.The paper indicates two limitations of traditional Malmquist index, and modifies the definition and measures of Malmquist index. The modified Malmquist index not only uses nonradial directional technology distance function instead of radial output or input distance function but also takes scale returns into consideration, so measures of Malmquist index are more accurate. Also it presents the measures of two factors ： technical change and technical efficiency change which have effect on productivity growth.
