摘  要:目的调查顺德区聚氯乙烯(PVC)管材生产行业职业危害状况及变化,为该行业的职业病防治工作提供依据。方法1999-2003年对全区PVC管材生产企业进行职业卫生调查,检测铅尘和粉尘等主要职业病危害因素,作业工人进行职业健康检查。结果混料工序的铅尘和粉尘浓度最高(P〈0.05),分别为0.104mg/m^3和7.4mg/m^3,5年来铅尘浓度逐年降低(P〈0.05),但粉尘浓度未出现明显变化(P〉0.05),职业性铅中毒发生率整体呈下降趋势(P〈0.05)。结论1999-2003年顺德区PVC管材业的铅职业危害呈减轻趋势,要将职业病发生减至最低,还须进行多措施的综合治理。Objective To investigate the status of occupational harm in Shunde PVC pipe industry from 1999 to 2003, to provide evidence for the occupational hygiene work of this industry. Methods An investigation of occupational hygiene was made in this industry of the district. The main occupational harm factors inchiding lead dust and PVC dust were tested. The workers exposed to these main occupational harm factors were examined. Results The concentrations of lead dust and PVC dust in stirring workshops were the highest( P 〈0.05 ), 0. 104 mg/m^3 and 7.4 mg/m^3 respectively. The concentrations of lead dust showed a descendent trend(P 〈0.05), but the concentrations of PVC dust had no obvious change(P 〉0.05). The rates of occupational lead poisoning were descendent(P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion It suggested that the occupational harm of lead showed a weakening trend in this industry of the area. To continue to reinforce the effective control measure, more synthetical control measures should be implemented.
