胃肠及胃肠外间质瘤临床病理及免疫组化观察

摘　　要：目的探讨胃肠间质瘤(G IST)及胃肠外间质瘤的病理诊断和免疫组化特点,为其诊断、鉴别诊断、预后提供依据。方法对39例胃肠及胃肠外间质瘤进行形态学观察分析,用免疫组化(S-P)法检测CD117、CD34、V im、SMA及S-100蛋白。结果39例胃肠及胃肠外间质瘤主要由梭形细胞和上皮样细胞构成,其中38例CD117阳性,32例CD34阳性。结论胃肠间质瘤具有多向分化性,HE形态类似,CD117、CD34免疫标记阳性对诊断有意义。Objective To study the pathological diagnosis and immunohistochemical characteristics of gastrointestinal stromal tumors（GIST） and parenteral interstitialoma so as to facilitate the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and prognosis. Methods Morphological observation and analysis were carried out and CD117, CD34, Vim,SMA and S-100 among 39 cases of GIST and parenteral interstitialoma were detected by the immunohistoehemistry method of S-P. Results The GIST and parenteral interstitialoma in the 39 case were mainly composed of spindle cells and epitheliold cells in which CD117 was positive in 38 cases and CD34 was positive in 32 cases. Conclusion GIST and parenteral interstitialoma are the most common stromal tumors of gastrointestinal and parenteral trael with mahiple differentiated potentiality and similar morphology. Positive expression of CD117 and CD34 is significant to diagnose GIST and parenteral interstitialoma.
