高龄危重患者在救治与护理中的管理

摘　　要：目的探讨新形势下高龄、危重患者在救治与护理中的病区护理管理模式,提高重症患者的护理质量,同时提高护理人员的综合素质和应对能力。方法回顾总结在高龄、危重患者的救治与护理过程中的护理经验及管理措施,分析危重患者在救治与护理中的可控因素和环节。结果患者病情稳定时间长;生存质量相对提高;家属满意、配合好,无医疗纠纷;护理人员应对能力增强。结论护理人员应重视有效的管理,以人为本加强沟通,以制度为本加强检查,保证护理质量,以减少医患纠纷,提高服务满意率,维护病人的生命与健康。Objective To explore nursing management in rescuing and caring severe senile patients; meanwhile to improve nursing quality and improve nurse＇s timber and coping ability. Methods Nursing experience of rescuing and caring severe senile patients was summarized and analyzed retrospectedly. Results The patient＇s conditions remained stable for a long time and their survival quality raised relatively; their family members showed satisfaction and match well with nurses; medical disputes did not happened. Coping ability of nursing staff has been improved. Conclusions Nurses should make much of effective management and communication with patients as well as enhance working check in order to reduce medical dispute and safeguard patient＇s life and health.
