摘　　要：本文提出以企业信息门户(EIP,Enterprise In-formation Portal)作为第三方物流(3PL,Third Party Logis-tics)企业信息系统的表现层,以Multi-Agent技术作为系统智能信息处理实现的机制,探讨3PL企业物流信息系统的设计方案与实现技术,并就相关系统应用架构,多Agent模型及其业务协作流程,以及信息门户中的认证Agent和门户管理Agent等实现机制进行了分析和设计。This Paper Presents a methodology for information system of Third Party Logistics （TPL） Enterprise, which adopts EnterpriSe Information Portal （EIP） as the outside layer of the system, and the implement layer for intelligent information procession based on Multi-Agent technology, and its mechanism of design and realization. The information system framework and the Multi-Agent model and collaboration of business flow, as well as the certification agent and portal management agent of the EIP have been analyzed and designed also in this paper.
