中间锦鸡儿化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究中间锦鸡儿地上部分的化学成分。方法:用溶剂法、色谱法分离化学成分,用波谱法鉴定其结构。结果:从中间锦鸡儿中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为7,5′-二羟基-3′-甲氧基异黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙(1)、异鼠李素-7-O-α-L鼠李糖甙(2)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(3)、N-反式咖啡酰酪氨酸(4)、D-3-O-甲基-肌醇(5)、7α-OH-β-谷甾醇(6)、7β-OH-β-谷甾醇(7)、硬脂酸(8)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents from Caragana intermedia. Methods： The compounds were separated by chromatography methods. Their structures were identified by spectral analysis. Results： Eight compounds were isolated and identified as 7,5＇-dihydroxy-3＇-methoxyisoflavone-7-O-β-D-glucoside （ 1 ）, isorhamnetin 7-O-α-L-rhamnoside （ 2 ）, 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid （3）, N-trans-caffeoyltyramine （4）, D-3-O-methyl-inositol （ 5 ）, 7α-hydroxy-β-sitosterol （ 6 ）, 7β-hydroxy-β-sitosterol （ 7 ） and stearic acid （8）. Conclusion： All these compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
